An application to the Foundation comprises the following steps:
Online Application
Submit your application through our online portal, highlighting your motivation, qualifications, experience, and alignment with our mission. Please upload your application as a single file pdf.
Pre-screening
Our recruitment team will carefully review each application to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and compatibility with the role.
Video Calls
Shortlisted candidates participate in 1–2 video calls with the hiring manager or other members of the hiring committee. These conversations delve deeper into your background, skills, and how your experience aligns with the Foundation’s goals.
Work Sample
Depending on the position, we may ask for a work sample. This could be a written assignment or an oral presentation during a video call. This step allows us to assess your practical and problem-solving skills.
Onsite Interview
Successful candidates will be invited for an onsite interview, where they will meet the hiring committee, consisting of all relevant stakeholders from our side. This face-to-face interaction is an opportunity for you to learn more about our Foundation and for us to assess your cultural fit and interpersonal skills.
Reference Calls
Following a successful interview, we may conduct reference calls to gain insight into your past performance and work ethic. We value input from your previous employers or colleagues to ensure a full understanding of your professional background.
